I wash my hair twice with shampoo so I can make sure it&#8217;s clean.\u00a0<\/p><p>Then I add conditioner, which I leave in for a few minutes before rinsing it out. When the faucet is off, I squeeze most of the water out of my hair, then I divide it into four sections.\u00a0<\/p><p>For each section, I use two pumps of LUS step 3. I scrunch it well and then mostly squeeze it dry with a cotton t-shirt. Too bad!<\/li><li><b>Moroccanoil Moisture Repair conditioner<\/b>: the same applies to this as the shampoo.<\/li><li><b>Aussie Miracle Moist shampoo<\/b>: no, this shampoo contains sulfates and silicones.<\/li><li><b>I+M Hair Care Wheat Germ Volume Conditioner<\/b>: almost, the only &#8220;bad&#8221; thing in it is alcohol denat. To be honest, I don&#8217;t like it either, so that makes a difference.<\/li><li><b>LUS Step 3 Curly:<\/b> yes, this product is free of sulfates, silicones and parabens.<br \/>Ginger June Day Two dry shampoo: yes, this product is made from 100% natural ingredients.<br \/><b>Coconut oil<\/b>: yes, this is pure coconut oil and therefore totally CGM-friendly<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3f01f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e3f01f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Do you need protein or not?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e94ca09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e94ca09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Despite the fact that I almost never dye, blow dry or style my hair, it has a protein deficiency. Other reasons for this could be washing your hair with too hot water or cleaning it with harsh shampoos.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Judging by the shampoos I use, it will be mostly the latter. So my best bet is to focus on adding protein to my hair, and less on hydration.<\/p>\n<p>To treat protein-deficient hair, you need to use products with protein. Curly Girl-proof examples include wheat, silk, oats, quinoa and some seeds like flaxseed.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The promise is that my hair will regain its shine and feel more resilient.
