Ik was m\u2019n haar twee keer met shampoo, zodat ik zeker weet dat het schoon is. Daarna doe ik er conditioner in, wat ik een paar minuten laat intrekken voordat ik het uitspoel. Als de kraan uit staat, knijp ik het meeste water uit m\u2019n haar, waarna ik het in vier delen verdeel. Voor elk deel gebruik ik twee pompjes van LUS step 3. Ik scrunch het goed en knijp het dan grotendeels droog met een katoenen t-shirt. Daarna laat ik het aan de lucht drogen. Op de dagen dat ik het niet was, maak ik het een beetje nat en af en toe verdeel ik er dan nog wat LUS doorheen. Dat ziet er dan zo uit:<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2803\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kurlify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/output-onlinejpgtools-2-1024x593.jpg\" alt=\"Agnes' krullen een paar dagen na het wassen.\" \/><figcaption>Dit zijn mijn krullen een paar dagen nadat ik mijn haar gewassen heb.<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Aangezien het niet goed voor je haar is om het vaak te wassen, en krullend haar over het algemeen al wat droog is, probeer ik het maar \u00e9\u00e9n \u00e0 twee keer per week te wassen. Dit is het verlossende antwoord!<\/a><\/p><p>Qua verzorging gebruik ik graag kokosolie als haarmasker. Dit verdeel ik de avond voordat ik m\u2019n haar ga wassen over het onderste deel van m\u2019n haar, zodat het een hele nacht lekker kan intrekken. Vervolgens doe ik m\u2019n haar in een hoge knot, zodat ik niet met m\u2019n gezicht op vette plukken haar lig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fb815b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1fb815b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Zijn mijn haarproducten CG-proof?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42a371e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42a371e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tijd voor de waarheid! Jammer!<\/li><li><strong>Moroccanoil Moisture Repair conditioner<\/strong>: hiervoor geldt hetzelfde als de shampoo.<\/li><li><strong>Aussie Miracle Moist shampoo<\/strong>: nee, deze shampoo bevat sulfaten en siliconen.<\/li><li><strong>I+M Hair Care Wheat Germ Volume Conditioner<\/strong>: bijna, het enige \u2018slechte\u2019 dat er in zit is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kurlify.com\/nl\/haarproducten\/alcohol-krullen\/\">alcohol denat<\/a>. Eerlijk gezegd vind ik \u2018m ook niet fijn, dus dat scheelt.<\/li><li><strong>LUS step 3 Curly<\/strong>: yes, dit product is vrij van sulfaten, siliconen en parabenen.<\/li><li><strong>Ginger June Day Two dry shampoo<\/strong>: ja, dit product is gemaakt van 100% natuurlijke ingredi\u00ebnten.<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.bol.com\/click\/click?p=2&amp;t=url&amp;s=1067582&amp;f=TXL&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bol.com%2Fnl%2Fp%2Fkokos-olie-250-ml-biologisch-geraffineerd-pure-naturals%2F9200000051708277%2F&amp;name=Kokos%20olie%20250%20ml%20-%20Biologisch%20en%20Geraffineerd...\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener sponsored\" aria-label=\"Kokosolie (opent in een nieuwe tab)\">Kokosolie<\/a><\/strong>: ja, dit is pure kokosolie en dus helemaal CGM-friendly.<\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3f01f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e3f01f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Wel of geen prote\u00efne nodig?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e94ca09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e94ca09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ondanks ik mijn haar bijna nooit verf, f\u00f6hn of stijl, heeft het een prote\u00efnetekort. Andere redenen hiervoor kunnen zijn je haar wassen met te heet water of het reinigen met agressieve shampoos. Aan de shampoos die ik gebruik te zien, zal het vooral dat laatste zijn. Ik kan me dus het best richten op het toevoegen van prote\u00efnen aan m\u2019n haar, en minder op hydratatie.<\/p><p>Om haar met een prote\u00efnetekort te behandelen, moet je producten gebruiken met prote\u00efne.Curly Girl-proof voorbeelden hiervan zijn tarwe, zijde, haver, quinoa en sommige zaden zoals lijnzaad. De belofte is dat mijn haar weer zal gaan glanzen en veerkrachtiger aanvoelen. Ik weet nu wat er wel en juist niet in moet zitten. Daarnaast vind ik het belangrijk dat de producten die ik ga kopen vegan zijn. Niet alle producten die ik momenteel gebruik zijn dat, want ik gooi liever geen producten die nog goed zijn weg. Waar kom ik dan op uit? Het merk Love and Beauty is 100% vegan, cruelty free en grotendeels natuurlijk.
