Review: Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve
Curlsmith! A brand I didn’t know existed yet, but am super curious about. If I just see the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve, I am already completely in love. The silver cap immediately stands out and gives the bottle a chic look. In addition, the style of the label really appeals to me because of the typography and the color. I think Curlsmith really stands out among the other haaproducts. I am very curious to see what the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve does for my hair. You too?

About the CurlSmith brand
First, a little more about the Curlsmith brand, because as I mentioned before, I didn’t know this brand existed.
Curlsmith’s products are specifically designed for people with curly hair and helps you discover your beautiful curls and perfect them even more with the right hair routine.
Nice to know is that Curlsmith tries to keep its carbon footprint as small as possible. Therefore 90% of the products, which are made in a country, are kept there for sale.
Furthermore, they do not test on animals and the brand is fully vegan.
Last but not least: 85% of the packaging is recyclable. So the environment will be very happy with Curlsmith, but will I be too after using the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve?
Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve
The Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve is a pre-shampoo. This means that the product is a treatment for your hair that you do before you wash your hair.
You let the product soak into your hair for 15 minutes, then rinse and then wash your hair as you normally would.
The Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve repairs, strengthens and makes the hair bonds stronger and more resilient from the inside out. This also better protects your hair from further damage.
The product contains a blend of super foods, strengthening active ingredients and protein. Highly recommended for people with weak and damaged hair!
My hair care routine
When my hair needed some extra care, I thought it was a perfect time to test out the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve. Before using the product, I first read the directions for use on the label.
The label says to apply the product to wet hair and then let it soak in for 15 minutes to up to an hour.
So this is what I did. I wet my hair in the shower, then applied the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve and let it soak in for about half an hour. In the meantime, I went out for breakfast.
After I ate breakfast, I rinsed out the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve and washed my hair with the Noughty Wave Hello conditioner.
After rinsing, my hair felt a lot stronger. Next, I put in my styling products.
The styling products I used this time were the Noughty Cream Wave Hello Taming and Creme of Nature Maximum Hold Styling Snot.
Then I used the Denman brush D3 and blow-dried my hair with a diffuser.

Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve: Highly recommended
When I saw the product alone, I got excited and I still am! The Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve does not have an overpowering scent, which I really like.
In addition, the product has a fine, reasonably thick structure so you can easily apply the product and you can also easily rinse it out.
After I rinsed out the Bond Curl Rehab Salve, my hair felt immediately stronger. When I applied the styling products and blow dried my hair, my curls looked really good.
My definition of my curls improved a lot, giving me much more “real” curls. In addition, my curls have also become a lot more resilient.
Highly recommended if you want to restore your curls and their definition! I would recommend anyone to buy this product.
Good to know is that you can order a sample of the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve so you can test what the product does for your hair!
